Does not have any binding. It happens when the atta is old. Also, the taste was not good.

Does not have any binding. It happens when the atta is old. Also, the taste was not good. The atta should be sold within 1 week after crushing the jowar. After that it starts losing its binding properties. So, make sure to sell the atta which is not old than 1 week.
